Shipping Prices
We offer free shipping when you spend a certain amount of money with us (we reserve the right to change this figure in line with our marketing and promotions). If you do not reach this threshold, postage will be calculated at checkout based on where you live.
Where possible we will offer a flat rate shipping to save you money. But we can never guarantee this.
All orders are delivered by a reputable courier company and will require your signature upon delivery.
We take great care in packaging your order to reach you in the same condition it left our studio - we are not liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties. Love Signs cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier company.
Can I Track My Order?
You will be supplied with a courier tracking number on the day that your signage leaves our studio. You will be able to track your goods from our studio to your door via the tracking number we provide to you.
Can You Guarantee My Order Will Arrive by a Certain Date?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any delivery date. As soon as the parcel leaves our studio it is beyond our control and in the hands of the Courier Company.
Yes, we do use reputable Couriers, but unfortunately from time to time there are delays with delivery (i.e. around Christmas). It is for this reason that we highly recommend you place your order with us as early as possible to allow as much delivery time as possible. Don't risk it!

At this stage we only ship to Australia & New Zealand.
